The Covert Tactical Thinking Course is designed for all levels of Law Enforcement. Patrol Officers, Investigators, Supervisors, and Undercover operatives who are looking to expand their knowledge of UC operations will benefit from the course. Undercover tactics and procedures will be addressed, but the emphasis of the course is on the critical thinking and mindset needed for the successful outcome of covert operations. This course will discuss tactical thinking from four specific directions, Case Agent, Team/Surveillance, Supervisor, and UC. This course will cover all aspects from a critical thinking standpoint and how to keep everyone involved in the safest and most advantageous position to accomplish the mission. Covert Tactical thinking will cover mistakes made, and lesson learned, over 1500 investigations including short and long term undercover cases. In this course we discuss how to tactically deal with dynamic changes that occur during undercover operations, and how to adjust to changes with-out high stress or loss of focus. This course will cover case specific overviews as well.
