Targeting Prolific Offenders Via Financial Crimes

This course will teach investigative techniques to target prolific offenders and criminal enterprises via a multi-faceted approach through criminal investigations and seizures for forfeiture. Throughout this training, there will be several case studies reviewed and hands-on exercises to show how to begin an investigation, best practices for focusing on criminal activity, how to write a comprehensive and organized affidavit, how to organize discovery, and how to bring down these prolific offenders and organized crime groups in a quick and efficient manner.
