The Overdose Response Strategy (ORS) is a unique public‑health / public‑safety partnership that brings together the Central Florida HIDTA program, the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) network, the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  Across 34 states and 21 HIDTA regions, ORS works to reduce fatal and non‑fatal drug overdoses by enhancing collaboration and communication between health and safety agencies.
